How Reggie Benjamin Real Estate Group collects, uses, and protects information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Reggie Benjamin Real Estate Group, a team of Executive Real Estate Group LLC (Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker, TREC #9006455-BB), collects, uses, shares, and protects information from visitors to reggiebenjaminrealestate.com (the “Site”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you submit a form, request a property report, ask about a listing, sign up for Market Intel, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you give us. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address (for home value requests), search criteria, timeline and condition signals you tell us about (for seller leads), buy box (for investor leads), and any free-text message you write.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive standard log information when you visit the Site — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, session duration, and approximate location derived from IP. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics providers process this data on our behalf.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, session storage, and local storage to operate the Site. Specific items we may set on your device:

  • rb-buy-box — session storage. Holds the search criteria you select on the homepage launcher so we can show your preferences back to you on the listings page and attach them to a lead if you choose to contact us. Cleared at the end of your browsing session.
  • rb-buyer-gate-dismissed, rb-popup-dismissed— session storage. Remembers that you dismissed a contextual prompt so we don't show it again that same visit.
  • Authentication cookies set by our backend provider (Supabase) if you sign into a marketplace area such as the dashboard or buyer portal.
  • Analytics cookies (if/when enabled) used to measure aggregate usage and improve the Site. We honor browser-level Do Not Track signals where technically feasible.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some Site features may not work without them.

Information from the MLS embed

Our property search page embeds a search interface from the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR / ConnectMLS). When you interact with that embedded search, SABOR may collect its own usage data subject to SABOR's privacy practices. We do not control that data flow.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry by phone, email, and/or SMS text message and follow up about opportunities relevant to the interests you share with us.
  • Provide real estate brokerage services, deliver home value reports, send curated listings, schedule consultations, and coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other service providers as needed to advance your transaction.
  • Send periodic Market Intel updates and marketing communications (with your consent — opt out any time).
  • Operate and improve the Site, debug issues, measure feature performance, and protect against fraud or misuse.
  • Meet legal, regulatory (including TREC), and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to target advertising on third-party platforms unless you explicitly consent.

3. Phone Calls, SMS Text Messages, and TCPA Consent

When you submit your phone number through any form on the Site, you are providing express written consent for Reggie Benjamin Real Estate Group and Executive Real Estate Group LLC to contact you at that number, including by automated calls and text messages, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing real estate services and follow-up communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact rb@eregtx.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages directly related to a transaction you have initiated.

4. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We share information with our sponsoring brokerage, Executive Real Estate Group LLC, and with the following categories of service providers (“processors”) under contracts that require them to handle data only as we instruct:

  • CRM and marketing automation — GoHighLevel (lead capture, pipeline management, automated SMS / email workflows including the speed-to-lead text you may receive after submitting a form).
  • Transactional email — Resend (backup email notifications to our team, lead-receipt confirmations).
  • Hosting and infrastructure — Vercel (web hosting, edge serverless functions, request logs).
  • Database and authentication — Supabase (lead record, marketplace data, session authentication for any portal areas you may sign into).
  • MLS data — SABOR / ConnectMLS (live MLS listings displayed through the embedded search).
  • Builder inventory — New Home Buddy (builder inventory search referenced on the new construction page).
  • Real estate transaction partners — Lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, and other licensed professionals you ask us to coordinate with on your transaction.

We may also share information when required by law, to comply with valid legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Reggie Benjamin Real Estate Group, our clients, or the public. In the event of a merger, sale, or financing, information may transfer to the acquiring entity subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Texas Residents — Your TDPSA Rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (effective July 2024), if you are a Texas resident you may generally have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data.
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Delete personal data we hold about you (subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements).
  • Obtain a portable copy of personal data you provided to us.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently engage in any of these activities.

To exercise these rights, email rb@eregtx.com with the subject “TDPSA Request.” We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to that decision; we will respond to the appeal within 60 days.

6. California Residents — Your CCPA / CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident you may have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act to know what personal information we collect about you, request a copy or deletion of that information, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Submit a request the same way as the Texas process above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Residents of Other States

If your state of residence grants you rights similar to the above (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Florida), you may exercise them through the same email contact. We treat all such requests substantively the same.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Retention

We retain lead and inquiry information for as long as needed to provide services, manage active and prospective client relationships, and meet TREC, tax, and contractual record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes we either delete it or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) for the Site, encrypted storage for backend data, access controls, and processor agreements with each vendor named above. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

11. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under U.S. law, which may differ from the laws of your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
